• Bath and Spa - Add one or two pinches of Citaaraa's high-vibration Epsom salt to warm bath water. Settle in and soak for 20 minutes to help relieve stress and stiffness.
• Shower - Exfoliate and soften the skin in the shower by mixing a handful of Citaaraa's high-vibration Epsom salt with a tablespoon of shower gel or your favourite oil such as olive oil, to massage into the wet skin. Rinse thoroughly. For an absolutely rejuvenating experience, you can also add a few drops of Citaaraa's Energy Blend( Essential Oil) to your exfoliation mix.
